A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Dr. Hollsten received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 1977.
He is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, Fellowship trained in Eye Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
He is also a full Clinical Professor at the University Of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Dr. Hollsten was selected by his peers and is privileged to appear in The Best Doctors In America publication.
Dr. Hollsten enjoys spending time arid relaxing with his wife and four daughters.
